International Water Association World Water Congress – AIMEN, AU & UPC

Project partners AIMEN, Aarhus University, and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) attended the International World Water Congress held in Copenhagen from September 11–15, 2022.

The consortium presented the project during a session on Water Resource Management and Adaptation to Climate Change Impacts on Wednesday, September 14. The presentation, titled LIFE GREEN ADAPT – Nature-Based Solutions for Climate Change Resilient Waste Infrastructures: A Focus on Landfill Leachate and Rainwater Run-off, attracted an audience of 120 participants. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Jordi Morató from UPC chaired a session titled Governance and Transition to a Circular Economy in Public Water Services. The session was co-chaired by Nicola Tollin from the University of Southern Denmark. Speakers included:
