In November 2023 and 2024 , Carlos Arias of Aarhus Universitet (AU) delivered polluted water management courses, as well as a PhD course in December 2025, at the Chinese Academy of Science.
These courses focused on the value of liquid stream treatment technologies innovated within the framework of the LIFE GREEN ADAPT project, with particular emphasis on electroactive treatment wetlands for contaminant removal and pollution reduction in landfill leachates.
